Bello Throws Hat into Ring for Ibadan South West LG Chairmanship

Oluyedun Bello, a seasoned politician, has declared his candidacy for Chairman of Ibadan South West Local Government. Bello, who has served in various capacities, including as a councilorship aspirant under U.N.C.P in 1997 and Candidate December 5th, 1998, reassures residents of his readiness to serve.

He was a revenue collector of IBSWLG from 2000-2003 and has held several other positions, including personal assistant to the Majority Leader House of Assembly and personal protocol officer to the current Executive Chairman Ibadan South West Local Government. Currently, Bello serves as the Supervisor for Infrastructure.

Oluyedun 'Tunde Bello has also served notably as Special Assistant to the Executive Chairman of Ibadan South West Local Government (2008-2011), Youth Leader in 11 Local Governments in Ibadan, and Acting Assistant Secretary of PDP, Ibadan South West Local Government (2009-2011).

With a wealth of experience in party politics, he has held roles such as Ag. Secretary of U.N.C.P, Youth Leader of APP, and Factional Youth Leader of PDP, among others. Bello's extensive experience and dedication to public service position him as a strong contender for the chairmanship seat, residents say.

His vision for Ibadan South West includes improving infrastructure, enhancing revenue generation, and providing quality service delivery to the people.

I'm seeking to succeed Honourable Kehinde Akande, with the goal of building on the progress he's made in Ibadan South West Local Government. By following the example set by role model, Governor Seyi Makinde, I aim to drive further development and improvements in the area, addressing the needs of the community and enhancing the quality of life for residents.
